Deliver On-Screen Presentations  Use a Secondary Monitor:  After connecting the second monitor, open the Control Panel  Double click the Display iconClick the Setting tabSelect a monitor and designate it as the main monitorby clicking use this device as the primary monitor.  Click the icon for the secondary monitor and click Extend my Windows desktop onto this computerClick Ok.  In Powerpoint, rerun the setup for the presentation by clicking Slide Show on the menu bar and clicking Set Up Show.  Click the arrow on the Display slide show list, and select the monitor you want presentation displayed on.  Click the Show Presenter View option and click Ok.
